This is just utterly ridiculous.

Through forces that neither Mark nor I can control, a majority of our army is still missing. I have taken it upon myself to find new recruits, and...though both Mark and I are unsure of how fit he is mentally for the position, we have a new member of our ranks.

As I am told, he is an incredibly skilled mercenary and is quite remarkable upon the battlefield. He also possesses some unique weaponry that I am sure will be a benefit to us.

Please welcome...

Father Sky and Mother Earth. I don't know why I bothered to recruit such a...a loose cannon, but we really do need the extra manpower...Lyndis, you may very well be losing your mind...
